Some of you are familiar with the Airbnb 11-star experience. Most of you probably are not though. Conceived by Brian Chesky, this concept was a thought experiment aimed at redefining what it means to exceed customer expectations. The idea is to imagine the most extraordinary experiences possible, from a bad 1-star review all the way to an unimaginable 11-star experience, where every detail is meticulously crafted to create unforgettable moments. This exercise is not just about dreaming big; it is about pushing the boundaries of what can be offered to create exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
With the second half of 2024 underway and Starfish approaching its 1 year mark now is a great time for us to think through this exact same thought exercise. What does an 11 star experience with Starfish look like for our customers and partners?
